Chad J Bolinske - Minnesota Attorney

Chad Bolinske is a partner in the law firm of Bolinske & Bolinske, PLLC. He concentrates his practice in the area of bankruptcy, business and corporate law, debtor/creditor law, civil, and commercial litigation.
 

Chad recognizes the importance of customer service whether helping an existing business client or an individual filing a Chapter 7, 11 or 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Bolinske has experience representing people facing financial difficulties and gives counsel regarding their options under the Bankruptcy code.

Chad counsels clients on all areas of business including entity selection, entity formation, business sales, business acquisitions. Mr. Bolinske is aware of the challenges facing existing business owners and those looking to start a small business and offers advice and solutions to problems in a timely manner. During his practice Bolinske has represented some of the largest corporations in the United States including Citibank, HSBC, MBNA, and Target. His experience also includes two years working for the United States Attorney handling criminal and civil litigation.

He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Dakota graduating with honors. He is licensed to practice law before all state and federal courts in Minnesota. He is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association, and a member of the Bankruptcy Section.
